RDL Chuckwagon has been providing chuckwagon catering services for several years and are very well known in Northern New Mexico for their traditional chuck wagon along with a regional cuisine.  They fill a hearty appetite with well seasoned and great tasting food.  

They cater to Art Gallery Openings, Livestock Sales, Weddings & Birthdays, they are back for the 2009 Light Hands Horsemanship Clinic in Santa Ynez, California; May 29th – 31st.
