Brian Berry and Vicki Markley live in Truchas, New Mexico located between Santa Fe and Taos at an elevation of 8100 feet in the Sangre de Cristo Mountain Range.

They enjoy raising their Morgan horses and riding the trails in the Carson and Santa Fe National Forests very near their barn.

Brian and Vicki have been providing chuckwagon catering services for several years and are very well known in Northern New Mexico for their traditional chuck wagon along with a regional cuisine. They fill a hearty appetite with well seasoned and great tasting food.

Along with Art Gallery Openings, Livestock Sales, Weddings & Birthdays, they are back for the 2008 Light Hands Horsemanship Clinic in Santa Ynez, California; May 30th – June 1st.

They both had a BLAST at the 2007 LHH Clinic and plan to outdo themselves for you in 2008!!!

The friends and family who have gathered around their fires recognize a good chuckwagon crew. They are always invited back!!
